The usual signs are slipped, cracked or missing slates and tiles, damp patches or staining on ceilings and walls, visible leaks, damaged flashing, and mortar breaking up on skews or ridges. Problems often show up straight after heavy rain or a spell of high winds.

How soon can you fix my roof?
Minor repairs are often done in a single visit. Larger jobs, or anything needing scaffolding or materials matched to an existing roof, take longer.

I’ve got damp patches on my ceiling. What’s causing it?
